Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and support to residents according to individualized care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe environment, and adhering to health regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least six months of caregiving experience, and be certified in CPR within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months caregiving experience, preferably with elderly residents.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Completion of required medication management course.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs; report deviations to supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and adhere to all community policies.
