The Resident Assistant/Caregiver/CNA/Nurse Aide/Resident Aide is responsible for overseeing daily shift responsibilities while collaborating with staff across campus. They provide residents with personal care and assistance with activities of daily living according to care plans and doctor's orders, working cooperatively to ensure excellent service to elders and their families.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to perform shift work, including weekends and holidays.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
