Job summary

The Waters in Minnesota is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Resident Assistant to support residents with activities of daily living under nurse supervision. You will deliver caring, respectful service, assist with bathing, grooming and mobility, and help with dining and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English.
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring.
• Assists residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Reports changes in resident health status and updates care plans.
