Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Ohio is seeking compassionate RAs to support residents with daily living activities and to foster independence in a warm, respectful environment.

You will assist with daily tasks, monitor safety, and help create a positive living experience for residents while collaborating with care teams. Weekend and holiday rotations are required, and basic computer skills are helpful to document care and communicate with the team.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekend and holiday rotations.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Help create a positive living environment and assist with mobility and daily tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
