Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Zanesville, OH is seeking compassionate Resident Assistants to join our team. This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, encourages independence, and fosters a warm, safe living environment for seniors.

Days and evenings are available; we offer competitive pay, PTO, a 401(k) match, life insurance, EAP, and earned-wage access. Previous assisted living experience is preferred, and weekend/holiday rotations are required.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills.
