An established industry player is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join their team. In this vital role, you will provide essential personal care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, meal service, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Resident Assistant provides residents and patients with routine personal care, recreational programming, housekeeping, and meal service in accordance with company standards and federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations and as directed by the Charge Nurse.
Essential Activities and Tasks
Care and Customer Management - 80%
Administration and Reporting - 15%
Operations Management - 5%
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
Experience in a long-term care or other related healthcare setting preferred.
Other Requirements
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
