Community: Adante Assisted Living

Address: 2739 Cembalo Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78230

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2 pm - 10 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, safety, and comfort to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility
• Support residents with housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and dining
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes
• Conduct rounds to ensure safety
• Assist with dining services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• CNA certification is a plus but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
