Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a caring Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and help maintain their personal environment. You will also observe, document, and help onboard new Associates to ensure a smooth transition and strong team integration.

The position emphasizes compassion, dedication, and building meaningful relationships, with opportunities to contribute to a supportive senior-care culture across the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
