Job summary

Havenwood of Minnetonka is seeking an outstanding Resident Assistant to join our team and provide compassionate personal care to residents in a supportive senior living community.

This position offers part-time or full-time opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, daily pay, on-site gym access, free meals during shifts, and rewarding daily interactions with residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of CNA/PCA/HHA/RA experience preferred.
• Desire to provide a high level of care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Assist residents with mealtime; cut food and encourage eating.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families, department heads and the Director of Resident Services as needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Resident Assistant to join our team.

Salary: $19-22/hour

Schedule: Part-time opportunity 6:00am-2:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm, or Full-time opportunity 2:00pm-10:30pm

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
• A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service
