Job summary

Havenwood of Richfield in Richfield, MN is seeking a Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to provide compassionate personal care to residents. You will assist with daily tasks and support residents in a respectful, dignified manner.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, documenting care, and responding to call lights. You will collaborate with nursing staff and activity programs to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year caregiving experience preferred.
