Job summary

The Arbor Company is hiring Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our care team in Georgia. You will provide personalized care and assist residents with daily activities, while helping create a safe and engaging environment. CNA license is not required, and there is an emphasis on teamwork and resident well-being.

We offer flexible shifts across Full-Time and Part-Time schedules, with benefits that support work-life balance and growth within a respected senior living community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiver experience (Caregiver/CNA/HHA/PCA/PCT/DSP) is preferred.
• No CNA license required.
• Experience with Memory Care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to stay active, engaged and connected in a safe, supportive environment.
• Support a positive, respectful team environment and communicate resident needs to the care team.

bAvailable Schedules:

• bFull-Time | 7 AM–3 PM

• bFull-Time | 3 PM–11 PM

• bFull-Time | 11 PM–7 AM

• bPart-Time | 3 PM–11 PM

Specific days and weekend requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
