Deephaven Woods Senior Living is located in the heart of Deephaven, MN, just two blocks west of Highway 101 and near Highways 7, 12, and 494, within minutes of Wayzata and Minnetonka. We offer Independent/Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Assisted Living for a total of 78 units. We are seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care aimed at improving and maintaining the physical and emotional well-being of our residents in assisted living and memory care settings in Deephaven, MN. Ebenezer provides medication passing training upon hire.

• Part-time, 15 hours every two weeks
• Evening shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, showering, nail care, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and escorts
• Support transfers and use of mechanical lifts
• Provide health-related services under RN supervision, including treatments and blood glucose monitoring
• Administer medications and record vital signs as directed
• Observe and report residents’ physical and emotional changes
• Serve as a mandated reporter and report any concerns of mistreatment
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide input as needed

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Meet Minnesota licensure requirements for unlicensed staff (Statute 144A.4795 subd. 3)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience

Hourly wages range from $21.32 to $29.57, based on experience.
