Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit in Santa Clara seeks a seasoned professional to influence strategy and lead collaborative innovation with global customers. You will develop roadmaps, translate customer needs into opportunities, and manage key innovations in adhesives and coatings.

We value a chemistry or engineering degree, 5+ years in thermal management or electronics, proven leadership and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of directly applicable experience, preferably in the thermal management or electronics industry.
• Proven leadership, sense of urgency, and a self-starter that takes initiative.
• Extensive experience engaging customers in technical and commercial discussions.
• Willingness to support up to 25% travel domestically and internationally.
• Spanish language proficiency is desirable but not required.
• Willingness to relocate/work out of our Santa Clara facility.

• Collaborate and develop roadmap with global customer design centers and industry experts
• Meet with key global customers at their facilities to translate/identify new opportunities
• Is an expert in the industry, developing new data/white papers to promote Henkel expertise
• Develop and manage key innovations/application development programs
• Understand the latest technologies and impact to our business and customers
• Proactively contribute, impact and share best practice at the team, technology, application and product line levels
• Quantify, document, and report Henkel solution’s value to customers

The salary rangefor this role is $150,000.00 and $180,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
