1. Fully licensed in Utah, BE/BC in Psychiatry, unencumbered DEA.
2. Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

$300,000 - $375,000 a year

LifeStance Health is growing! Currently, we have 3 office locations within the Greater Salt Lake vicinity with plans to expand to 5 office locations. Our current locations are Murray, Lehi, Riverton, and Bountiful, Utah. Later in the year, we will be opening Pleasant Grove and Draper, Utah.
