Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Residential Aide to assist residents in daily functions at our facility in Los Alamos, NM. This full-time role focuses on compassionate support and creating a welcoming environment for residents.

You will follow a housekeeping schedule, perform assigned tasks across offices and common areas, and work with staff to ensure a clean, safe, and respectful atmosphere for residents.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ability to put residents at ease and accommodate to their needs.
• Receives assignments and follows cleaning schedule for housekeeping duties across multiple areas.
• Cooperates with other facility personnel to maintain services and create a warm, calm environment.

Responsibilities

• Ability to put residents at ease and accommodate to their needs.
• Receives assignments from supervisor and follows cleaning schedule as outlined for housekeeping department to clean offices, handicap and visitor's restrooms, activity room, kitchen restroom, service entrance and therapy room, entrances and exits, utility areas, closets, lounges, lobbies, halls, etc.; Performs emergency housekeeping
• Cooperates with other facility personnel to ensure that services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of residents; creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
• Adheres to established employee policies.
• Adheres to established dress code.
