Job summary

Aurora Care Management in Ocala, FL is hiring a Med Tech / Resident Aide for 36 hours per week, days and nights. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, and support medications per orders.

Responsibilities include completing MARs, monitoring residents, communicating with families and staff, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Med Tech certification/training required for the position.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior care preferred.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must have compassionate attitude and enjoy working with seniors.

DAYS and NIGHTS 36 HOURS a WEEK

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and energetic Med Tech / Resident Aide to join our Assisted Living team!

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with medications according to resident orders and facility policies
• Accurately complete MARs and required resident documentation

Requirements:

• Med Tech certification/training as required for the position

• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior care preferred
• Must be reliable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time
• Must have a compassionate attitude and genuinely enjoy working with seniors
• Must be comfortable assisting residents with personal care and ADLs
• Must work well as part of a team
