Langdon Hall Of Bradenton is hiring a Med Tech / Resident Aide to join our Assisted Living team in Florida. The role supports residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and documentation in a compassionate, team-focused environment.

Applicants should have Med Tech certification and be reliable for scheduled shifts. CPR/First Aid is preferred, and experience in memory care or senior care is valued. We foster a safe, respectful setting for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Med Tech certification/training as required.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.
• Must pass required background screening.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior care preferred.
• Reliable and able to report to scheduled shifts on time.
• Compassionate attitude toward seniors.
• Comfortable assisting residents with personal care and ADLs.
• Must work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and energetic Med Tech / Resident Aide to join our Assisted Living team!

Position Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist with medications according to resident orders and facility policies
• Accurately complete MARs and required resident documentation
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
