City Creek Assisted Living is seeking an Entry level Resident Aide for a full-time in Sacramento, CA. You will assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, and social engagement, providing compassionate care in a residential setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork with healthcare staff, adherence to safety guidelines, and a commitment to quality elder care. Flexible shifts and onsite work are available, with a focus on supporting residents in their daily routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluent verbal English communication is required.
• Criminal background check and health screening (including COVID-19 PCR) within 72 hours of start date.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Resident Aide assists our residents in their day to day activities helping to ensure that all needs are meet including, but not limited too, activities of daily living, helping with physical mobility, and social or recreational moments to name a few.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to be easily understood through verbal communication in the English language.
• Prefer one (1) year of experience as a Caregiver/Resident aid at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
