Job summary

MediLodge offers a rewarding healthcare role as a Resident Aide in our Campus Area facility. No experience is required, and you will support the Nursing Department to provide compassionate resident care and daily activities.

You will help with basic tasks, meals, and mobility while learning infection control and patient interaction skills within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes residents' beds.
• Labels resident clothing and belongings.
• Passes meal trays and offers basic tray setup; may assist with feeding if competency demonstrated.
• Serves food and buses dishes in the dining room.
• Transports/escorts residents to areas within the facility, e.g. dining areas, activities, resident care conferences, etc.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
