• Conduct tours and follow welcome procedures for new move-ins
• Visit new residents to introduce self, explain community and move-in packet
• Provide a high level of resident engagement
• Complete documentation for advance care planning and directives
• Coordinate with residents, families, and external providers for in-house services
• Advocate for residents' rights and dignity
• Provide training to departments on resident rights
