Responsibilities include assisting residents to activities, maintaining participation records, and collaborating with volunteers while upholding regulatory standards in a caring community.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in activities, recreation therapy, and long-term care preferred.
• Computer skills required; background checks per state/federal rules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates activity programs to meet residents' interests and needs.
• Assist residents to and from activities and outings.
• Maintain records of attendance and participation.
• Support family involvement and gather input for assessments.
• Escort residents to activities and work with volunteers.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and comply with surveys.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
