Las Ventanas, a Human Good Community in Las Vegas, Nevada, seeks an Activity Assistant to lead planned activity programs and support resident engagement across wellness dimensions. Availability on Sundays 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with possible weekday shifts; compensation ranges from $18.25 to $24.25 per hour based on experience.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in recreational activities, with memory care experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of recreational activities experience preferred.
• Memory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planned activity programs to engage residents in wellness activities.
• Assist in achieving resident engagement across sensory, social, emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions.
• Present oneself professionally as part of the team to ensure resident satisfaction.
