Qualifications

• Computer skills are required.
• Meets state and federal background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates activity programs to meet residents' interests and abilities.
• Assists residents to and from activities and outings as scheduled.
• Maintains family rapport and encourages family involvement.
• Records attendance and participation in activities promptly.
• Provides input on assessments and evaluates residents' participation.
• Supports individual resident needs and routines.
