Harmony Dubuque is seeking an Activity Director to lead our residents’ emotional and social wellbeing by directing activity programs and overseeing the Activity Department.

Responsibilities

• Lead activity programs to meet residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Oversee all aspects of the Activity Department.
• Participate in resident care conferences.
• Develop new activity programs to align with trends and standards.
