You will organize outings, document progress, and collaborate with the Director of Activities to tailor care plans and engage residents in meaningful activities.

Strong communication and compassion for the elderly are valued; CNA preferred.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma and CNA certification from New Jersey (preferred).
• Demonstrate adequate English oral and writing skills.
• Must have strong organizational skills, initiative, creativity, and good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, develop, and implement activities for residents.
• Coordinate activity programs with Director of Activities and staff.
• Maintain activity progress notes and update EMR with resident responses.
