In this role, you will get to express your creativity and enthusiasm for life as you assist the Resident Program Director in creating, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating recreational and educational activities for the residents of the community.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
2. Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation as needed.
3. Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
4. Order and maintain supplies for activities.

Qualifications:

• No programming experience necessary.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Active, valid driver’s license.
• Enthusiastic about fun activities and encouraging participation.
• Patient, helpful, and flexible when explaining directions and answering questions.
