Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting seeks an Activity Aide to support the Activity Director in delivering engaging programs for residents. The role involves assisting with equipment, transporting residents, and keeping records in compliance with regulations and policies.

CNA preferred but not required. Must hold a high school diploma, a valid F-Endorsement driver’s license, and be able to drive the facility van. Flexibility for evenings, weekends or holidays is needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Aides assist the recreational activities leader or activities director, helping patients or participants use equipment and supplies.
• Prepare equipment and ensure the safety of patients or participants in the activity.
• Assist in leading the participants in group activities, such as an exercise class or art project.
• Proper record keeping of equipment and its use.
• Assist in planning programs for residents to provide socialization, relaxation and exercise.
