Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking individuals to assist the Resident Program Director in creating, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating recreational and educational activities for residents at the community.

No programming experience is required; you must communicate clearly in English and hold a valid driver's license. You should be enthusiastic about activities, patient, and flexible to help participants enjoy programs.

Qualifications

• No programming experience required.
• Clear English communication.
• Active, valid driver’s license.
• Excited and enthusiastic about fun activities and getting others to participate.
• Patient, helpful and flexible when explaining directions and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.
