Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Activities Associate in Harrodsburg, KY to lead engaging recreational and social activities for residents. You will promote participation, tailor activities to individual needs, and help improve quality of life through creative programming and inclusive activities.

The role emphasizes teamwork with care staff, organization of spaces and materials, and documentation of participation and outcomes to support resident well-being and engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 0-1 Years of Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate levels.
• Prepare spaces and gather equipment for activities.
• Lead and document activities such as arts, crafts, games, music, and exercise; track participation and outcomes.
