Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing activities and events to promote socialization and wellbeing.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing their cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusivity.
• Prepare for success by setting up and organizing activity spaces and supplies.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, and social gatherings, recording participation and outcomes.
