Responsibilities

• Drive company van on organized outings.
• Interview residents to determine preferences.
• Document resident participation in activities daily.
• Maintain an inventory list of activity equipment and supplies.
• Evaluate and modify resident activity programs as needed.
• Plan and coordinate the community newsletter.
• Ensure resident input into the activity program through the resident council.
• Coordinate shopping orders for residents unable to shop independently.
• Engage with residents compassionately.
• Participate in continuous learning through seminars and meetings.
