Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing and executing activities for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare for success by setting up activity spaces and supplies.
• Lead and document activities (arts & crafts, games, music, exercise) and record participation.
