Qualifications

• Certified nationally or by the state where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient activities for residents in accordance with requirements.
• Carry out support tasks related to patient activities on schedule.
• Update and post resident activity calendars and communicate mail daily.
• Participate in special resident events and outings with required supplies.
• Update and maintain resident activity records.
• Participate in meetings and create communications/documentation.
• Attend required meetings and in-service training.
• Assist with decorating center for current season or holiday.
• Meet with consultants as required.
• Present professional image to consumers, resolve concerns, and protect rights.
