Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years related experience.
• Ability to read safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of residents or staff.

Responsibilities

• Create and adhere to a monthly activity calendar.
• Interact with residents at all levels of care with empathy and respect.
• Coordinate special events for residents and families.
• Transport and supervise residents on outings and visits.
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers and training.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
• Facilitate resident council meetings and take minutes.
• Support staff to meet performance standards.
