The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with Daily Pay. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a dedicated care team in a sub-acute/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in activities or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging environment for residents.
• Document resident participation and engagement in activities.
• Promote residents' social, physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being through activities.
• Plan, develop, organize, and implement recreational and community programs.
• Build relationships with residents and encourage participation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care goals.
• Observe changes in mood or participation and communicate with the team.
• Assist with outings, events, and decor for activities and holidays.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain activity records.
