Avantara Libertyville is hiring an Activity Aide to support residents' emotional and social wellbeing. You will interact with residents to provide companionship and encourage participation in activities, including scheduling movies, planning parties, and organizing games and crafts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Prior Activity Aide experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Interact with residents and provide companionship.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Assist with scheduling movies, planning parties, organizing games and crafts.
• Accompany residents on activities outside the facility.
