Job summary

Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center in Royersford, PA is seeking an Activities Aide to provide therapeutic activities to residents, promoting physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

You'll develop individualized activity programs, collaborate with other teams, maintain records, and help create a safe, engaging environment. Full-time and part-time positions with daily pay and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Education in related field and/or certification as Activities Professional is helpful for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic activities to residents, such as recreational games, arts and crafts, and social events.
• Develop and implement individualized activity programs that meet the unique needs and interests of each resident.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure activities are integrated into the overall care plan.
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity programs.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents.
