Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Resident Accounts Coordinator (RAC) for full-time work to manage billing, collections and maintenance of resident accounts. You will interact daily with residents, families, guardians and power of attorneys, contributing to the center's success and resident well-being.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with background in accounting, billing systems and collections, plus strong communication, empathy and organizational skills to work independently and in a team.

The RAC interacts with the resident, resident families, responsible parties, legal guardians, and power of attorneys on a daily basis.
