CHI St. Vincent in Arkansas is recruiting for the National Nurse Residency Program. You will function as a direct clinical care RN Resident, developing essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors as you transition into practice.

During a 12‑month, evidence‑based experience, you will join a supportive team, participate in clinical performance improvement, and focus on patient safety while building confidence for day‑one practice.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed or eligible to practice as an RN in AR upon hire.
• CPR certification required at hire; ACLS training within 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care as an RN Resident.
• Engage in clinical performance improvement and patient safety activities.
• Collaborate with the care team to transition into practice.

We are offering a sign on bonus up to $15,000 depending on hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire
• Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 9 - months

Pay Range

$33.25 - $44.89 /hour
