Qualifications

• Graduation from a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Minimum of five years’ experience providing primary care in a family practice setting in good standing.
• Minimum of one year previous management experience highly desirable.
• Previous teaching experience and/or strong interest in teaching.
• Faculty development fellowship or similar training highly desirable.
• Experience working in an FQHC or in community medicine highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead NP/PA Residency Program, supervising and teaching residents and faculty.
• Oversee resident selection, evaluation, and curricular development.
• Coordinate clinical rotations and post-residency tracking.
• Manage program accreditation and grant-related reporting.
• Serve as Team Director of residency team if qualified.
• Participate in Medical Staff meetings and PHC committees.
