Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Experience leading NP/PA residency programs and teaching residents.
• Credentials management and ongoing CME requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise NP/PA residency program faculty and residents.
• Coordinate resident selection, evaluation, and curriculum development.
• Ensure program accreditation and grant reporting compliance.
• Integrate residency activities with PHC mission and clinical operations.
