Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills; active listening and critical thinking.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with educational software and data management.
• Knowledge of policies and regulatory requirements in health professions education.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee administrative coordination of residency program activities with program leadership.
• Ensure training and work needs of trainees are met to achieve program objectives.
• Exercise independent decision-making with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate multiple activities and triage issues to internal/external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
