Job description

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Program Director, responsible for managing the daily administrative activities of the department's residency/fellowship program.

This position oversees the administrative and professional responsibilities of the residents-in-training daily, and acts as the primary liaison between the Program Director, chief residents, residents, department faculty, GME Office, and affiliated teaching sites regarding residency program matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Health Education, or a related field, plus two (2) or more years of experience in educational program administration.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Equivalent experience, education, and/or training may be considered.

Work Days:

Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
