Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Eligible for an unrestricted New Jersey medical license.

Responsibilities

• Precept Family Medicine residents during assigned patient care sessions.
• Provide medical supervision during resident precepting sessions.
• Participate in morning report, conferences, faculty meetings, and other residency educational activities.
• Serve as a resident advisor and advocate through regular mentorship and support.
• Maintain an active outpatient Family Medicine practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary faculty and leadership in education and quality initiatives.
• Share on-call responsibilities and provide medical backup to on-call residents.
