• Two years of educational/administrative residency program experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the absence of the Program Director to ensure continuity of the residency program.
• Design, monitor, and enhance curricula with clear goals and objectives.
• Provide faculty advisory support and leadership to residents.
• Co-develop didactic lectures and hands-on curriculum with the Program Director.
• Support resident quality improvement research projects and CME events.
• Assist in resident orientations, retreats, and recruitment efforts.
