Ideal candidates will possess board certification in Radiation Oncology and relevant experience in the subspecialty. Compensation ranges from $460,000 to $527,500, with eligibility for performance-based incentives.

Formación

• Board Certification in Radiation Oncology or eligibility within one year.
• Experience in the selected disease-site subspecialty in radiation oncology.
• Massachusetts Medical License is required.

Responsabilidades

• Operationalize curriculum delivery for residency and fellowship programs.
• Mentor trainees and facilitate feedback processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and evaluations.
