The Department of Radiation Oncology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) in Boston is actively seeking full‑time Radiation Oncology faculty members to serve as the Associate Program Director of its Medical Residency program.
As a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, BIDMC provides a clinically advanced and supportive academic environment for residents, fellows, and faculty. This role will partner closely with the Residency Program Director and the Vice Chair of Education to manage the day‑to‑day operations of the residency, fellowship, and medical student training programs. The Associate Program Director will operationalize curriculum delivery, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, oversee scheduling and evaluations, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Responsibilities also include mentoring trainees, facilitating feedback and remediation, and promoting scholarly engagement.
Pay Range: $460,000 – $527,500 (base salary, may be modified). The role may be eligible for performance‑based incentives, including bonuses for productivity and quality.
