You will be responsible for coordinating individual program plans, hiring and training staff, and ensuring quality support for individuals with disabilities. A High School Diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. The position offers competitive salary rates ranging from USD $2,384.62 to USD $2,615.39 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities required.
• 1+ years of experience in program supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate and implement individual program plans.
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD and state/federal regulations.
• Hire, train, and evaluate residential staff.
