Cardinal McCloskey Community Services is seeking a dedicated Residence Manager to lead the daily operations of our 24/7 residential program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will provide leadership, ensure quality care, and foster a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.

Responsibilities include supervising DSPs and staff, coordinating Life Plans and budgets, maintaining health and safety protocols, and communicating regularly with families and care

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human services field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.

• Oversee daily operations of the residence, ensuring compliance with CMCS and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Assistant Managers, and Shift Supervisors.
• Lead person-centered planning meetings and ensure implementation of Life Plans and Staff Action Plans.
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and ensure follow-up on care recommendations.
• Ensure residents receive support with daily living skills, community integration, and recreational activities.
• Maintain 24/7 staffing coverage, including on-call responsibilities and emergency response.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, shift observations, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor health and safety protocols, including medication administration and emergency drills.
• Manage household budgets, resident funds, and staff payroll documentation.
• Communicate regularly with families, care coordinators, and day programs.
