Job summary

Talladega College invites applications for a Living Learning Community Manager who will supervise the designated residence hall's daily operations, coordinate with Housing leadership, and act as a crisis/emergency on-call resource, fostering strong working relationships to enhance department operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or senior-level student.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, written, and math skills.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate the assigned residence hall and manage daily functions.
• Assist in building security and staff training.
• Oversee staff selection, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Manage floor/desk hours and supervise student workers.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports and maintain inventories/budgets.
• Support recruitment and enrollment strategies for the department.
• Participate in the Council of Housing Coordinators.
• Report deficiencies and maintain facility conditions.
